How do you ask for a survivor pension in Romania?
You file the survivor pension request at the pension house for the home address. The page requires the request, the death certificate, and the civil-status papers of the survivors. A study certificate is named only for a child over 16, a medical decision only when the survivor is assessed as unable to work, and the work book only when the person who died was not already a pensioner.
