How do you ask for the childcare fee in Hungary?

You file the written request for the childcare fee with your employer, on the form named for that fee. A self-employed person, a primary producer, or a self-employed contractor files it electronically with the government office for the seat or the home address. A birth certificate copy is required only when a different person asks for this child than the person who already has the infant care fee.
