How do you ask for the housing allowance in Czechia?

You file the housing allowance at the labour office, online with citizen identity or a data box, or in person with the filled request. The page asks for quarterly income for each person assessed with you, or a declaration if there is no income, plus proof you use the flat and a note of the housing costs. A study or health note is named only when a child in the household is older than 15.
