How do you ask for a survivor pension in Bulgaria?
You file form UP-1 at the territorial division of the National Social Security Institute. The bulletin says a heirs certificate is obtained by the office, so you do not have to attach it. A school certificate is named for a child over 18 and under 26 who is studying, and a medical decision for a child with a disability.
