How do I apply for a driving licence in Poland?
Gov.pl says you can get a driving licence if you have lived in Poland for at least 185 days and you meet the age for that category. You first get a candidate profile number, called PKK, from the transport desk of your county office, your city office, or your Warsaw district office. The fee to issue the licence on that page is 100 zł.
