When must wages be paid in Chile?
Chile's labour directorate says wages are paid on the schedule in the contract, and that schedule cannot run longer than one month. A month is a continuous stretch from one date to the same date the next month. Pay is made on a working day from Monday to Friday, within the hour after the shift ends, unless the parties agree other days or hours, and a Sunday or holiday payday moves to the Friday before.
