When must an employer pay wages in Argentina?
Argentina's employment law says monthly staff are paid at the end of each calendar month, and people paid by the day or the hour are paid weekly or every two weeks. After the period ends, monthly or fortnightly pay is due within four working days, and weekly pay within three working days. Pay is made on a working day.
