How do I see my Social Security work record in Spain?

The Informe de tu vida laboral lists every time you were registered or deregistered in the Social Security schemes, and the number of days you were registered. You can ask for it at any time. The report is current as of that date. You can download a PDF of the full record, or of a shorter search. If you have never been registered, you cannot get this report. It does not include time abroad, military service, or the substitute social service. If you see an error, you can ask for a correction. Without an electronic ID, the page asks for your details, a selfie, and a photo of your identity document.
