What is the minimum cash wage for tipped workers in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma lists a cash wage of $2.13 an hour and a tip credit of $5.12, toward a $7.25 combined minimum. Employers of 10 or more full-time employees at one location, or with annual gross sales over $100,000, who are not covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act, may take a tip credit of no more than $3.62. State law excludes employment covered by that Act.
