How is a tax refund paid in Sweden?

Skatteverket says a tax refund in Sweden is paid automatically only when you have registered a bank account within three weeks after the final tax decision. If you register the account later, you ask for the payment yourself. A refund under 100 kronor stays on the tax account until it reaches 100 kronor.
