What is the HECS-HELP or study loan line on my payslip in Australia?
If you have a study or training support loan, compulsory repayments can be withheld through PAYG once your income is above the ATO threshold for that year. It is separate from income tax. Tell your employer about the loan so withholding is set correctly.
