How can I split the income tax I owe in Spain?
The tax agency says that if the income return in Spain shows tax to pay, you can split it into two parts with no interest. You pay 60 percent when you file, and the other 40 percent by 5 November 2026. If you miss the first part, the agency starts collection of the whole amount.
