What should I check before I send euros from Czechia?
The Czech National Bank says the fee for a euro payment to or from an EU country must match the fee that same bank charges for a domestic payment in koruna. That rule covers money you send, money you receive, and taking euro from a cash machine in an EU country. If you do not give the recipient's account as an IBAN, the bank may add a fee or refuse the payment.
