When do I file a tax return in Hong Kong?
If the Inland Revenue Department sends you a tax return for individuals, form BIR60, you must complete it and send it back even when you have no income to report. If you are liable for salaries tax and no return has arrived, you write to the department by 31 July after the year that ended on 31 March.
