How do I pay restskatt in Norway?

Skatteetaten says restskatt in Norway means you paid too little tax last year, and an amount of 1000 kroner or more is split equally across two invoices. If the assessment arrives in June or earlier, the invoices are due on 20 August and 24 September. If it arrives in August or later, the first is due 3 weeks after that date and the second is due 8 weeks after.
