What contract amount brings a public project under the prevailing wage law in Maryland?
The Department of Labor prevailing wage table, revised January 1, 2023, lists a threshold of $250,000 when the public body is a state unit and the project has any state funding, or when the public body is a local body and the state funds 25 percent or more of the project in Maryland.
