What happens if a social security payment was paid by mistake in Macau?

The social security law of Macau says every payment that was received in error has to be paid back. A deduction from a later social security payment cannot pass one third of that payment. If there is no later payment to deduct from, the person pays it back, or asks to pay in instalments, within 90 days of the notice.
