What changes when I send euros from the Netherlands to another SEPA country?

The Netherlands is in SEPA, the single euro payments area. A cross-border euro transfer or direct debit inside SEPA should be as fast, easy, and safe as a domestic one, without an extra cost. A business in the European Union or the European Economic Area may not refuse a euro IBAN from another country in that area for a transfer or a direct debit.
