Who must join an MPF scheme in Hong Kong?
Except for the people the law lists as exempt, an employee or a self-employed person aged 18 to 64 must join an MPF scheme in Hong Kong. An employer enrols a regular employee, full time or part time, within the first 60 days of the job.
