Does a part-time job in Hong Kong still need MPF?
Enrolment in an MPF scheme does not follow the 468 hours rule in the Employment Ordinance, so the hours worked in a week do not decide it. If the person is aged 18 to 64 and the job has lasted 60 days or more, the employer still enrols them.
