What costs continue after I move into a house or an apartment in Ireland?
The CCPC says to set aside more than the deposit. That includes stamp duty, a survey, legal fees, repairs, decoration, furniture, and appliances. Stamp duty on this page is 1 percent on the first €1 million, with higher rates on the amount above that.
