马里兰州的餐饮规则适用于拥有 50 名或以上零售员工的零售机构。连续 4 至 6 小时的轮班为 15 分钟，连续 6 小时以上的轮班为 30 分钟。轮班时间为 8 小时或以上，每连续增加 4 小时，还可再获得 15 分钟的休息时间。
