What meal break does state law require for adult workers in Delaware?
Delaware requires a 30-minute meal period, after the first 2 hours and before the last 2 hours, for employees who work 7.5 consecutive hours or more. A workplace with a collective bargaining agreement, or another written agreement that says otherwise, is excluded.
