What does Norway's law say about 1 May and 17 May?
The law in Norway calls 1 May and 17 May festival days, equal to a Sunday. The Sunday quiet rules do not apply to those two days. The employer pays full wages when the day is not a Sunday or another holiday and you have been employed for 30 days.
