How is an income tax refund paid in Estonia?
The Tax and Customs Board says income tax can be paid back in Estonia when you received income there and the payer withheld the tax. The refund goes to the bank account on your return, or you can leave it on your prepayment account. Overdue amounts are taken from the refund first.
