What records should I keep for gig or freelance pay in Belgium?
The federal finance ministry says you must keep invoices, copies of invoices, journals, and other documents for ten years. For journals, the period starts on 1 January of the year after the journals were closed. For invoices and other documents, it starts on 1 January of the year after they were issued.
