Does a job need a written contract in Bulgaria?
The labour code says an employment contract is made in writing. Before the person starts work, the employer must hand over a copy signed by both sides, and a copy of the registration that the job has started. The employer must enter the contract in the employment register within three days of signing it or changing it.
