When will I get my first pay in Germany?
Your contract (Arbeitsvertrag) usually says how often you are paid (often monthly) and when wages are due. The first Lohnabrechnung can cover a short or odd period if you started mid-month. Ask payroll or HR for the published schedule. do not rely on a guess from a coworker.
