When must an employer post the basic terms of a job in Greece?

The labour law says an employer who hires a person for a private-law dependent job must post the basic terms of that job on the ERGANI II system before the work starts. Those terms take effect only when the worker signs them by hand, with an approved electronic signature, with a digital confirmation on gov.gr, or by accepting them in MyErgani.
