How do I pay tax with an F24 in Italy?
The revenue agency says tax and contributions in Italy, including amounts due to the municipality or to INPS, are paid with an F24 form whether or not you have a VAT number. You can send it with F24 web in the reserved area, or through your bank or Poste Italiane when you are not setting a credit against the payment. A counter at a bank, a post office, or Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione is only for someone without a VAT number who is not using a credit.
