What is a will in Romania?
The civil code says a will is a one-sided, personal, and revocable act by which a person disposes, in a form the law requires, for the time after their death. An ordinary will is holographic or authentic. A holographic will must be written entirely, dated, and signed by the testator's own hand, or it is void.
