What is a will in Czechia?
The civil code says a will is a revocable statement in which a person, for after their death, personally leaves at least a share of the estate, or a legacy. A will with no witnesses must be written and signed in the person's own hand. If the day, month, and year are not clear, and the person made more than one will that conflicts, the will is invalid.
