Who must contribute to the EPF in Malaysia?
A person who is an employee under the EPF Act 1991 must contribute to the Employees Provident Fund in Malaysia, including a permanent, contract, part-time, temporary, or probationary employee. The employer is liable to pay both the employer's share and the employee's share.
