How do I get a certificate of tax debt in Portugal?

The tax authority says the debt and no-debt certificate in Portugal shows your tax position to someone else, and it is valid for 3 months. You ask for it under Certidão, then Pedir Certidão, and you choose Dívida e não dívida. The PDF is ready at once, and if your position is not in order it states the exact amount owed.
