The Canada Pension Plan Statement of Contributions lists your CPP contributions and pensionable earnings, and an estimate of your CPP pension if you or your family can receive it now. Sign in to My Service Canada Account, open the Canada Pension Plan section, and choose View my contributions. You can also write to Contributor Client Services, Canada Pension Plan, Service Canada, PO Box 818 Station Main, Winnipeg MB R3C 2N4. If you have lived and worked only in Quebec, if you live in Quebec now, or if you live outside Canada and your last home in Canada was Quebec, use Retraite Québec instead. Check your name, date of birth, earnings, and contributions against your T4 slips.
