How do I ask for a collective debt settlement in Belgium?
FPS Economy says Belgium's collective debt settlement names a person who lives in Belgium and can no longer meet a series of debts. It also names a person who stopped self-employment, or whose bankruptcy was declared at least six months ago. A business is outside this law.
