2023년 1월 1일 개정된 노동부 아동 오락 표에 따르면 버지니아에서는 극장이나 기타 대중 공연을 위해 16세 미만 미성년자에 대한 취업 허가를 요구합니다. 비영리 댄스나 음악 연주회, 비상업적인 텔레비전이나 라디오 방송에는 해당 허가가 필요하지 않습니다.
