يقول جدول ترفيه الأطفال التابع لوزارة العمل، الذي تمت مراجعته في 1 يناير 2023، إن ولاية مينيسوتا تطلب من القاصر اتباع قانون عمالة الأطفال باستثناء أحكام الحد الأدنى للسن، ويجوز لمفوض العمل التنازل عن حدود الساعات.
