How do you open a basic account in Hungary?

Every payment service provider in Hungary must offer a basic account. You can open one when you have no payment account, or when you close the one you have and you cannot use another. Forint card payments, cash paid onto the account in forint, and incoming collections have no fee, and the account cannot have an overdraft.
