What does a basic account cover in Austria?
Austria's financial regulator says a basic account covers paying money in, taking cash out in the EU, and online payments. You cannot go overdrawn on it. The yearly charge cannot go above 83 euros and 45 cents, or 40 euros when the bank treats the holder as especially in need of protection.
