What paid annual leave does an employee get in Hong Kong?
After every 12 months under a continuous contract, paid annual leave starts at seven days and reaches 14 days from the ninth year of service. The employer confirms the time in writing at least 14 days ahead, unless they agree a shorter notice. The leave is taken within the following 12 months.
