What annual leave does an employee get in Brazil?
The labour code says that after every 12 months of the work contract an employee has a right to paid annual leave, 30 calendar days when they were not absent more than five times. The employer grants that leave during the next 12 months and gives written notice at least 10 days before it starts. Time on that leave still counts as time of service.
