What annual leave does a private-sector worker get in the United Arab Emirates?
Federal Decree-Law 33 of 2021 says a worker is entitled to annual leave with full wage of not less than 30 days for each year of service. If the service is more than six months and less than a year, the leave is two days for each month. The employer notifies the worker of the date at least one month ahead.
