How do I apply for a driving licence in South Korea?
The Korea Road Traffic Authority says a class 1 ordinary licence and a class 2 ordinary licence follow seven steps. You take a written test and a closed-course skill test, receive a learner's permit, take an on-road test, and then receive the licence. Other classes take a written test and a skill test, then receive the licence.
