What is PM-JAY health cover in India?
The National Health Authority says PM-JAY is a health cover of 5 lakh rupees per family per year for secondary and tertiary hospital care. Treatment is cashless at an empanelled public or private hospital, and a condition that already exists is covered from the first day. The page says there is no cap on family size, age, or gender.
