What is the national old-age pension in India?
The rural development ministry says the Indira Gandhi national old-age pension is for a person of 60 or older in a household the government lists as below the poverty line. The same programme also includes a widow pension, a disability pension, a family benefit, and Annapurna. States and territories run the payment in both rural and urban areas.
