What is the Elderly Health Care Voucher in Hong Kong?
The Elderly Health Care Voucher is for a person aged 65 or above who holds a valid Hong Kong identity card, or a Certificate of Exemption, except a person whose permission to land has expired. The yearly amount is put into the account on 1 January of the year the person becomes eligible, and the page sets that amount and a cap on what can build up. There is no pre-registration, and the person shows the valid card at an enrolled private provider after receiving care in person.
