What is the legal pension age in Belgium?
The Federal Pensions Service says the legal pension age in Belgium depends on the date of birth: 65 years for a person born before 1 January 1960, 66 years for a person born from 1960 through 1963, and 67 years for a person born from the start of 1964 onward. An employee has to tell the employer, because the work contract does not end on its own at that age. An earlier pension is possible only when both an age and a career length printed on that page are met.
