What is the income guarantee for older people in Belgium?
The Federal Pensions Service says this income guarantee is paid at legal pension age to a person whose main home is in Belgium and who lives there in a real and unbroken way, and who is Belgian or in a situation the page treats as equivalent. The amount depends on resources and on whether the person lives alone or with someone, and the page prints the ceilings. In many cases the service starts the check on its own when a pension begins, and otherwise the person asks.
