泰国社会保障的失能给付是什么？
社会保障办公室说明，失能是指器官、器官功能或通常精神状态的丧失，严重到不能从事平常工作，以医学委员会的规则为准。参保人须在失能之前的15个月内缴费三个月。严重情形按工资的百分之五十按月支付终身，不严重的情形按该页所指公告中的期限和规则。
